1. Service Description

FacialDNA AI is an AI-powered portrait generation service. Users upload face photos and select physical parameters to generate AI portraits. The service uses blockchain wallet authentication and an off-chain points system.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to only upload photos of yourself or photos you have explicit permission to use. You may not use this service to generate inappropriate, harmful, or deceptive content. Generated images should not be used to impersonate real individuals.

3. Points & Credits

Points earned through check-ins and other activities are off-chain credits with no guaranteed monetary value. Point balances may be adjusted, reset, or converted at our discretion as part of platform updates. A future token launch may provide conversion mechanisms, but this is not guaranteed.

4. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated portraits are created using third-party AI models and may not perfectly reflect the input parameters. We make no guarantees about the quality, accuracy, or appropriateness of generated content. You retain rights to images generated from your photos, subject to any applicable AI model terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

This service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or harm arising from use of the service, including but not limited to loss of points, generation failures, or misuse of generated content.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
